Research on Finite Element Analysis Method of Laser Ultrasonic Velocity Measurement

چکیده

As a new nondestructive testing method, the accurate measurement of laser ultrasonic velocity is great significance for judging internal crack defects composites, calculating elastic modulus, residual stress and grain size. Based on finite element analysis thermoelastic effect induced vibration, time-of-flight method grating measuring are studied in this paper. Firstly, waveforms point source, line source compared analyzed. Secondly, error wave under different radius half width spacing carried out. The simulation results show that has higher stability smaller error. In addition, less affected by other waves external environment. This paper provides basis improving accuracy further applying to related physical quantities.
